Crash has been a Chicagoland
favorite as a premier Dave Matthews Cover Band, providing the excitement,
musicianship, and energy that comes in this eclectic blend of Dave
Matthews tunes and original Improvisation.
Each member brings their own flavor of creativity, experience, and control within their instrument to bring to you an original and energy packed show every time.
We at Crash believe that in order to approach being as captivating as the DMB, the band MUST possess the ability to blend all styles of great music together, and improvise with each other effectively. And this came long before learning their music. The common thread of appreciating their music made it obvious that we had to do something with the musicianship we carry, and playing DMB's music was the answer. We have all individually focused and studied improv and musical flexibility, and have been developing over the years together. This is what makes us an Original act paying tribute to the DMB, a variation on a theme in other words.
